VERT · vert-tv.comFor Chef Aaron Benmoussa

Hi, Chef
Aaron

You don't need someone to post your chocolate. You need someone to make you the name people think of when they think chocolate. That's what we do.

VERT x Rosemary Chocolat90-day creator build

We're your team

VERT is a director-led, vertical-native studio in LA. We've spent over a decade building personalities and brands on social, from Tinder's Gen Z reinvention to taking a skincare startup to the #1 new beauty line at Target. We'll be in the kitchen with you, shaping the ideas, directing you on camera and running the whole engine so you can focus on the chocolate.

Your goal, our plan

Short term: a recognizable on-camera voice, a set of signature series, and an audience that comes back for them.

Long term: Chef Aaron as a known name in the food creator world, with the press, collaborations and brand deals that come with it.

The approach

Followers can be bought. Notoriety can't.

Anyone can grow a number. What moves the needle is visibility: engaged people who share the work, other creators who want to collaborate, and press that wants the story. We build for that.

How we build a name

Five levers

Signature formats

Repeatable series that Aaron owns, so people follow for the show, not the single post. Tested fast, doubled down on what hits.

Trends, his way

When a chocolate moment blows up, Aaron makes the elevated version. Fast enough to ride the wave, specific enough to stand out from it.

Partnerships

Restaurant collabs, events, and other chefs and food creators. Every partnership puts Aaron in front of someone else's audience.

PR

Positioning Aaron for press, features and brand opportunities beyond social. A French-trained chocolatier in LA is a story; we'll tell it.

On-camera coaching

Directing Aaron the way we direct talent on big shoots: relaxed, natural, more confident every week.

Ideas we'd love to make

Series starters

Repeatable series

$3 vs $30 vs $300

"What are you actually paying for?"

Aaron tastes and breaks down chocolate at three price points. Endlessly repeatable, built-in debate in the comments.

Repeatable series

The Elevated Version

"Your favorite candy bar, the way a French chef would make it."

Aaron remakes everyday chocolates into his luxury take. Nostalgia plus craft.

Street

Chocolate for Strangers

"Try this. Tell me what you taste."

Handing out bonbons in Beverly Hills and DTLA and capturing reactions. Gets Aaron loose on camera, fast.

Trend response

Chef Fixes the Trend

"Everyone's making this. Here's how it should be done."

The viral chocolate moment of the week, made properly by someone who trained in France.

Partnership

The Collab Table

"One dessert, two kitchens."

Aaron builds a chocolate course with an LA restaurant or chef. Shared audiences, real events, press hooks.

Long game

Chocolate School

"Lesson one: tempering."

A teaching series that builds authority and can grow into a real course or training program.

How we tell a person's story: our 60 Second Docs series, short portraits built for social.

How we measure

We track a name, not a number

Follower count is the last thing we look at. These are the signals that show Aaron is becoming someone people talk about.

Engagement rate

Likes, comments and shares against followers. Tells us the audience is real and paying attention.

Shares & saves

The strongest sign a video traveled beyond Aaron's own followers.

Series retention

Which formats people come back for, episode after episode. We double down on those.

Comment quality

On-topic conversation about Aaron and his craft, not just emojis. At Meta we lifted it 45%.

Inbound collabs

Chefs, creators, restaurants and brands reaching out to work with Aaron.

Press & mentions

Features, interviews and other accounts talking about Rosemary Chocolat.

A short weekly read on what's working, and a full review at day 90.
